In the next stage, we’ll introduce you to our offerings, along with our terms and conditions, ensuring you are fully informed. Once you are ready to move forward, you will sign a service agreement, allowing us to dive deeper into your specific circumstances, needs, and budget. From there, we begin the property search, carefully selecting and presenting options that align with your goals. We will inspect top properties that catch your eye, ensuring they meet your expectations. Finally, if you find the perfect match, we will move swiftly to secure the property for you.
Fees
ANZ Buyer’s Agent provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to guide you throughout the property acquisition journey; initial property assessment and targeted property search to expert presentation, negotiation, and ultimately securing the ideal property for you. Our service fee is competitively set at 0.75%, with an initial engagement fee due at the signing of the service agreement and the remaining balance payable at settlement.
